119 to go...slowly the numbers are coming down :-)
When I started this journey my BMI was at an astronomical 62.6 - BMI of 30 or greater is considered Obese. My BMI is now down to 46.7 - still obese :-(
Still definitely an improvement, I will get it down to the normal range for sure :-)
I have decided when I reach my 100 pound loss that I am treating myself to a tattoo. My daughter has drawn it for me...only 15.8 pounds to go. I am so excited.
When I reach my goal of 128 pounds I will get one last tattoo. I am thinking I have another year, maybe a year and a half to go and I will FINALLY be at goal...it is going to be fabulous....
